Organisation data is scoped to the selected workspace. Users should only see the companies and records they are authorised to access.
Security
AccountGrade is designed for payroll and finance workflows where access control, traceability, and data separation matter.
Role-based access
Workspace roles are used to separate ownership, administration, approval, and view-only access. More granular controls are planned for Enterprise workflows.
Audit evidence
Sensitive workflow actions are recorded in the audit trail so payroll, invoice, document, approval, and access events can be reviewed later.
Beta limitations
Direct HMRC filing is disabled during beta. Security processes and formal compliance documentation will continue to mature before production filing is enabled.
