AccountGrade stores workspace setup data, people records, payroll preparation data, invoice records, documents, audit events, and account metadata needed to run the product.

This page summarises the privacy posture for the AccountGrade beta. It is written for clarity while formal legal documentation is prepared.
How data is used
Data is used to provide payroll, invoicing, document, approval, billing, and audit-readiness workflows. We do not sell workspace data.
Access and retention
Workspace access is role-based and tenant-scoped. Records are retained while a workspace is active or where retention is needed for audit, billing, security, or legal reasons.
